OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB


Line Management: Commercial Manager

• Assist Commercial and BD Manager by seeking and evaluating relevant
opportunities
• Plan and organize tendering lifecycle from receipt to submission
• Organize and lead tender process until submission
• Write offers of technical and/or commercial nature
• Ensure quality and accuracy of tender process and submissions
• Prepare and participate in tender board reviews and project handovers
• Follow up tender submissions and be involved in technical, commercial
and contractual negotiations
• Analysis of successful & unsuccessful submissions
• Contact with Clients during and after tender lifecycle
• Maintenance of data base for pre-qualifications, tenders, supplier
qualification systems

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE


• Relevant experience within technical and/or commercial work
• Technical university or Bachelor degree relevant for subsea operations
• Background from subsea industry, preferably subsea contracting
• Knowledge to/Experience with NSC 05 or BIMCO contract standards
• Good written formulation capacity in English.
