B.Sc in Engineering or related field and with at least 10 years relevant experience in major Oil & Gas Industry in similar position. Offshore design / construction experience is essential. Gulf experience is preferred. Engineer shall have previous experience of handling technical issues related to Brownfield works.
An advanced degree in construction management is highly desirable. Must have familiarity with latest construction methods, modern project management techniques, and environmental engineering aspects. Requires specific knowledge in coordinating contract packages, constructability review, site plan management and tracking construction progress.
