A degree in Chemical Engineering with at least 10 years relevant experience in major Oil & Gas Industry in similar position. Offshore design / construction experience is essential. Gulf experience is preferred. Engineer shall have previous experience of handling technical issues related to Brownfield works.
Must have managed a team of Specialists in executing the pre-commissioning and commissioning activities independently. Fully familiar with procedures and other requirements associated with commissioning. Besides this familiarity with start-up procedures and operating manuals for process, utilities and offsite is essential. He shall demonstrate leadership during the implementation of the above important activities in large projects and have its test run and plant acceptance. Must have experience in Hazop and Safety audits during constructions and commissioning.
